Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, such as transferring and positioning patients safely.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring patient safety and infection control measures are upheld.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a caring and supportive environment.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
